Our Shipping Policies

Build Lead Times

All pieces are made to order. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page at the time of purchase.

Please note that lead times are projections and may shift based on order volume. If anything changes, we’ll notify you with an updated completion timeline.

Approval Process

Before shipping, we’ll send photos of your completed piece for approval.

We do not ship without approval—this ensures any final finish adjustments can be made before your piece leaves our shop.

Once approved, no additional finish changes can be made.

Shipping Methods

Small Parcel (UPS)

For items under 100 lbs that can be flat packed:

  • Ships via UPS
  • Pre-assembled for approval; simple assembly required upon delivery
  • Hardware and square-tip drill bit included
  • Signature required for orders over $500 (can be waived upon request)

Freight Shipping (Curbside)

Estimated transit: 3–5 business days

  • Ships in a custom-built crate or skid
  • Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery
  • Delivery is to the end of your driveway (no in-home delivery)

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect the crate before signing
  • If damage is visible, sign “pending inspection”
  • If heavily damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately

We recommend removing the top of the crate (screwed at corners) and bringing pieces inside individually.

Customers are responsible for disposal of all packaging materials.

White Glove Delivery

Estimated transit:

  • East Coast / Midwest: 4–6 business days
  • West Coast: 5–7 business days

White Glove service includes:

  • In-home delivery
  • Assembly
  • Placement in room of choice (up to 30 minutes)
  • Removal of packaging materials

Additional notes:

  • Additional charges may apply for stairs, extended time, or larger delivery crews
  • Please inspect all items before signing off on delivery

IInspection & Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Minor damage can typically be resolved with a complimentary touch-up kit
  • For significant damage, contact us immediately so we can resolve it

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Additional Shipping Fees

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico
  • Remote or hard-to-access locations (as defined by the carrier)

We’ll always contact you for approval before applying any additional fees.

Local Delivery

We offer delivery within 100 miles of our shop:

  • 0–20 miles: $79
  • 21–100 miles: $179

Delivery includes:

  • One driver (customer assistance required for unloading)
  • Assembly support
